Kristine's professional experience with animals spans more than a decade.
In 2011, she completed a Veterinary Technician program, gaining a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and safety. She has also volunteered extensively with the Whatcom Humane Society and has cared for hundreds of dogs and cats with a wide range of personalities, ages, breeds, and backgrounds.
From energetic puppies and adventurous working breeds to senior pets who need a slower pace and extra patience, Kristine understands that every animal deserves care tailored to their individual needs.
Her experience allows her to confidently work with pets of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels while always prioritizing safety.

For as long as she can remember, Kristine Newman has loved animals.
Growing up in Bellingham, Washington, she spent countless hours exploring the outdoors alongside her dogs, learning firsthand about the unique joy and healing that pets bring into our lives.
What began as a childhood love for animals eventually grew into a lifelong career dedicated to caring for them. It’s her life's work and greatest honor to care for and spend time with your pets.
